Service Description
Pouzad Interpreting Ltd provides fast and reliable telephone interpreting services for legal, medical and public sector environments where accuracy and confidentiality are essential. Our experienced, DBS-checked interpreters deliver real-time language support over the phone, enabling clear communication in urgent and high-pressure situations such as legal consultations, healthcare calls and local authority services. This service is ideal for immediate or short-notice requirements, offering a flexible and cost-effective solution without the need for travel. Telephone interpreting is charged at £2.00 per minute, with a minimum charge of 5 minutes. Final cost is based on actual call duration.
Cancellation Policy
Pouzad Interpreting Ltd requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all standard bookings. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed booking fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend, may be charged at 100% of the agreed fee. A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies to all face-to-face and video interpreting assignments. Urgent and same-day bookings may be accepted, subject to interpreter availability and may incur an additional fee. Travel time and travel expenses may apply depending on the location of the assignment. All bookings are subject to interpreter availability and confirmation by Pouzad Interpreting Ltd.
