Cancellation Policy

Pouzad Interpreting Ltd
 

Pouzad Interpreting Ltd understands that appointments and interpreting requirements may occasionally change. This policy explains the cancellation terms for all interpreting services.
 

Standard Cancellations

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to confirmed bookings.
 

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the agreed booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, may be charged at 100% of the agreed booking fee.
     

Minimum Booking Duration

A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies to all face-to-face and video interpreting assignments.
 

Urgent & Same-Day Bookings

Urgent or same-day bookings are subject to interpreter availability and may incur additional fees.

Travel Costs
 

For face-to-face assignments, travel time and travel expenses may apply depending on the assignment location.

Interpreter Availability
 

All bookings remain subject to interpreter availability and confirmation by Pouzad Interpreting Ltd.
 

Delays & Appointment Changes

Clients should notify Pouzad Interpreting Ltd as soon as possible regarding delays, rescheduling or changes to appointment details.
