Pouzad Interpreting Ltd provides professional face-to-face interpreting services for legal, medical and public sector environments where accuracy, confidentiality and reliability are essential. Our interpreters are experienced, DBS-checked professionals trained to support communication in sensitive and high-pressure situations, including legal consultations, healthcare appointments and local authority services. We support organisations that require dependable, high-quality language services, offering fast response times and nationwide coverage. Minimum booking of 1 hour applies. Travel costs may apply depending on location.
Cancellation Policy
Pouzad Interpreting Ltd requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all standard bookings. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed booking fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend, may be charged at 100% of the agreed fee. A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies to all face-to-face and video interpreting assignments. Urgent and same-day bookings may be accepted, subject to interpreter availability and may incur an additional fee. Travel time and travel expenses may apply depending on the location of the assignment. All bookings are subject to interpreter availability and confirmation by Pouzad Interpreting Ltd.
